Shipping policy

Ready to ship items are all shipped with 48 business hours. Rag quilts, crib bedding, and custom made products may take up to 4 weeks to complete from the date of payment being received.

All orders are shipped with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX depending on the most economic pricing

Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take several days to update and is sometimes inaccurate.

If an item is showing as delivered but hasn't been found please

1. check with everyone in household.

2. contact mail carrier and local post office for deliver coordinates

3. file police report.
